When Should You Consider Joint Replacement?
The decision to replace a hip or knee is not based on an X-ray alone. It depends on pain, functional limitation, examination findings and the response to non-surgical treatment.

Direct Anterior Hip Replacement
The direct anterior approach reaches the hip from the front and passes between muscle planes. It may support faster early recovery in selected patients, but planning and surgical execution matter more than the name of the approach alone.

Robotic-Assisted Knee Replacement
The robotic system does not replace the surgeon or perform the operation independently. It is a planning and execution tool that helps tailor implant position and knee balance to the patient’s anatomy.

PRP Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis
PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood and injected into the knee to reduce pain and improve function. It may be most suitable for mild to moderate osteoarthritis, but it does not regrow cartilage or replace surgery in advanced disease.

Revision Hip and Knee Replacement
Revision surgery is required when an artificial joint no longer functions properly. It is more complex than primary replacement and requires accurate diagnosis, careful planning and experience in restoring bone and soft tissue.

Orthopedic Oncology and Complex Bone Reconstruction
Orthopedic oncology treats tumors of bone and soft tissue and restores function after their removal. The aim is safe cancer control while preserving the limb and quality of life whenever possible.
